      Hilltop Nursery School's team of educators and staff work closely with families, our parent group, and our community to assist your child's growth towards self-discovery and learning. Our professional teaching team is dedicated to helping your child learn and grow in a highly nurturing and supportive individual environment. Our teachers plan a rich variety of learning experiences that appeal to all the senses, visual, auditory, and physical and by alternating individual, partnered, small group and large group activities the children experience various kinds of social interaction. By providing an atmosphere of learning through discovery and play our program provides children with an environment enriched with readiness activities to help prepare them for the entry to more formal schooling. Hilltop Nursery School is here to help with your child's growth toward self-discovery and a lifelong love of learning. Our professional teaching team is dedicated to providing a safe and supportive place where children of different interests, needs and abilities can question, explore, make new friends and ... have fun!  
 
      Hilltop Nursery School was established in 1955 by the Union Congregational Church of North Reading to provide a preschool experience for the children in the community. Its governing board, the Hilltop Nursery School Committee, is comprised of six members; one member serves as liasion to Church Council. Hilltop's director provides overall supervision and experienced educators staff the daily operation. 

      A multi-service, nonprofit, nondenomination facility, Hilltop Nursery School is committed to serving the diverse needs of childen of all races and ethnic backgrounds.  We do not discrimate in providing service to children and their families on the basis of race, religion, cultural heritage, political beliefs, national origin, marital status, disability, or sexual orientation.  Toilet training is not an eligibility requirement for enrollment.  All children are welcome.
